  I wanted to like Allen's flooring based on the customer service I got in the store. Unfortunately they did the tile floors in the home we bought and it's AWFUL. We were told by the homeowners that Allan's agreed to come and fix the issues even though they just missed the one year warranty (this sounded very positive). They did replacing the missing tile. Unfortunately once we received the keys to house we realized 1/3 grout was still cracked and falling out. We have to use our vacuum hose to continually suck up loose pieces. Sadly we will have to regrout both rooms in the home and the floors were just put in less than two years ago.

  New to town and needed new carpet and tile in the three days between when my house closed and when we wanted to move in. Allens Floor Coverings went above and beyond - fair f[rice, great customer service. I am so happy with the results!
